I love these drinks in the morning. Today, I put 1 cup of filtered water which gave it a thinner more juice-like texture, banana, strawberries, spinach, flax seeds, a drizzle of agave, ashwagandha powder, and some herbs. I also added a teaspoon of unsweetened coconut which probably does more to the flavor than the agave. The flax seeds seem to be the cause of the unappealing color until enough spinach is added. The Green Monster…
Autumn is a second spring when every leaf is a flower. Albert Camus Fall is showing its colors even though the weather is unseasonably muggy and shorts are appropriate attire in spite of the rain… I love this time of year, a transition season like spring: we wound down and nature goes into hibernation after the most beautiful show of color.
